Bees Knees
The addition of egg white to this sweet and tart cocktail gives it a silky finish with a beautiful foamy cap.
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml)
Sweet & Sour Mix - 1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
- .5 oz honey
- 1/2 egg white
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Ice
- Shaker Tin
- Strainer
How To Make It
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini/coupe glass.
