Bees Knees
The addition of egg white to this sweet and tart cocktail gives it a silky finish with a beautiful foamy cap.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Agalima Sweet & Sour Mix
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 1/2 oz Egg White
Equipment
- Martini/Cocktail Glass
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
How To Make It
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and shake.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish
- fresh lemon
