Cucumber Gimlet
The muddled cucumber and lime zest draw out the juniper flavors from the gin for a flavorful yet refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 oz (90 ml)
Margarita Mix - 1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
- 3-5 cucumber slices
Equipment
- Muddler
- Mixing Glass
- Ice
How To Make It
- Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
- Lime Zest Squeezed And Run Around The Rim Of The Glass. Stencil Of Bitters.
