Kiwi Margarita
Floral kiwi cuts through the sweet acidity of the margarita to create a light, refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 3 oz (90 ml)
Margarita Mix - 2 oz (60 ml) Tequila
- 1/2 fresh kiwi
Equipment
- Muddler
- Ice
- Shaker Tin
- Strainer
How To Make It
- Muddle kiwi in bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add ice and remaining ingredients.
- Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini/coupe glass.
Garnish
- Fresh Kiwi Pulp On Floating Slice Of Kiwi
