- 3 oz (90 ml)
Margarita Mix - 1.5 oz (45 ml) Rum
- Muddled Plum Slices
- Egg White
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Ice
- Strainer
How To Make It
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Shake and strain into a second mixing glass.
- Shake again and pour into a chilled martini/coupe glass.
