Agalima Sour Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml)
Agalima Jalapeño Mixer - 2 oz (60 ml)
cold pressed grapefruit juice - 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon
- 2 dash Peychauds
- Egg white
- Top with soda
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Strainer
- Ice
How To Make It
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Shake and strain back into the mixing glass.
- Add egg and dry shake. Strain over ice.
- Top with soda.
