Ingredients
- 3 oz (90 ml)
Agalima jalapeño - 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon
- 1 oz fig preserves
- 2 oz organic apple juice
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Ice
How To Make It
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Stir to dissolve preserves.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
- jalapeño and orange
