Rosado Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Agalima Sweet & Sour Mix
- 1.5 oz Silver Tequila
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 0.25 oz Pomegranate Juice
Equipment
- Rocks Glass
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Bar Spoon
How To Make It
- Combine first two ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain over fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Slowly add pomegranate juice so it sinks to the bottom, creating a gradient.
- Stir gently.
Garnish
- fresh lemon and cherry
